Below the arch in the center of the pedestal, is almost completely preserved Hebrew text in six to eight rows. Text surrounded by a double embossed frame with two-stage upper corners, over which there are two horizontal rectangle. The lower frame corners are rounded inside, have a crescent shape. Between the rounded corners of the frame (inside the base) in the center is also a relief image of three small semicircles, two small edges and a larger one in the center. The following marks are the squares, in-depth in the stele in the corners, is located in the center of the rectangle horizontally.
